Interface Sense (the “Service”) provides a range of Services to event organizers including event website, event app, event registration and ticketing, event analytics, event networking, etc.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE SERVICE.

By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a legal agreement with Interface Sense Consulting LLP (“Interface Sense”, "we”, “us” or “our”), and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service (“Agreement”). You hereby waive any applicable rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, to the extent not prohibited under applicable law. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement please do not register and/or use the Service.

Clients can cancel the service at any time by providing written notice via email to ( info [at] interfacesense [dot] com )

The cancellation will be effective 30 business days after the receipt of the written notice.

No further charges will be applied for services after the effective cancellation date.

Work already completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be billed according to the agreed-upon hourly rates.

We reserves the right to cancel the service under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

In the event of cancellation by us, the clients will be given 30 business days' written notice via email.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined below.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Certain services or projects may have specific cancellation and refund terms outlined in a separate agreement or contract.

In such cases, the terms of the specific agreement or contract will supersede this general policy.
